3 x 3 clean + jerk
3 x 3 thrusters
Æfing dagsins:
armbeygjur í þrot
burpees í þrot
upphífingar í þrot
uppsetur í þrot
öfugar armbeygjur m/fætur á bolta í þrot
(Í þrot = þar til þú getur ekki gert fleiri endurtekningar)
